Position Summary:<br>An experienced digital or automation engineer will work under Delivery Engineering Department responsible to coordinate the various project execution activities during delivery/execution phase. This role is client-facing. The candidate will be part of a project team functionally reporting to a Project Manager for a specific client’s contract. The primary role is to ensure successful delivery of digital projects as planned and to the client’s satisfaction. In addition, the engineer will be responsible to drive recovery from schedule, cost, and/or scope deviations effectively. Validate and communicate any scope changes to follow Change Control procedures. Review and certify invoicing activities from clients or to suppliers. Develop project progress update presentations/reports including SPIs, CPIs, etc. Closely monitor project performance indices and highlight any forecasted risks of slippages/deviations as part of the reporting process. Hold recurring meetings with client personnel onsite during execution. Ensure that all designs and other work outputs related to solution design are of a quality consistent with business needs and industry standards. Formulate and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality. Evaluate existing tools and methodologies and make recommendations on their implementation. Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management. Conduct project management training to develop younger engineers. Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures on an as-required basis. Participate in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of vendors/sub-contractors, suppliers, and project management related service providers Have the knowledge and experience in OT, ICS, DCS, SCADA, Historian, OPC UA, IT/OT Integration, Industrial automation, Operational Technology, Control Systems. Job Purpose:<br>The Senior Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and audits of the company's support functions, including HR, Finance, Customer Experience (CXR) Office, Commercial, Procurement, and other departments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual and monthly Cash Van Sales strategy in line with the company's sales objectives. Lead, coach, and motivate the Cash Van Sales team to achieve sales and distribution targets. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure optimal route execution and customer coverage. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Ensure adequate product availability and coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams. Monitor stock levels in sales vans and minimize stock variances. Ensure compliance with pricing policies, promotional activities, and company procedures. Oversee cash collection processes and ensure compliance with financial controls. Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching. Recruit, train, and develop Cash Van Sales Representatives. Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Monitor competitors' activities and recommend appropriate market strategies.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Professional sales or leadership certifications are an advantage.<br>Experience Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience. Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
