The I&amp;C Engineer will support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SCADA, PLC, HMI, and instrumentation systems.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the plant's SCADA, PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and Data Historian systems.</li> <li >Develop, modify, and upgrade PLC logic and HMI applications for existing plant control systems.</li> <li >Manage and maintain SCADA systems, touch screens, PCs, and related control equipment.</li> <li >Review plant operations and verify the correct transmission of signals and data from instrumentation sensors.</li> <li >Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of SCADA, PLC, HMI, and instrumentation systems.</li> <li >Maintain control system documentation, configurations, and system backups.</li> <li >Troubleshoot PLC/HMI programming and control system issues.</li> <li >Prepare the annual critical spare parts requirements for instrumentation and control systems.</li> <li >Support continuous improvement, digital development, and optimization of plant control systems.</li> <li >Participate in monthly Instrumentation &amp; Control (I&amp;C) client meetings.</li> <li >Supervise assigned activities and coordinate with operators, colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.</li> <li >Ensure all work is performed in accordance with QHSE requirements and company procedures.</li> </ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >Minimum of <strong >5 to 10 years</strong> of experience in the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.</li> <li >Strong hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.</li> <li >Demonstrated ability to manage SCADA and Controls projects within required timelines and budgets.</li> <li >Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li >Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.</li> <li >Strong planning, conceptual analysis, and organizational skills.</li> <li >Project management and supervision capabilities.</li> <li >Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results effectively.</li> </ul> <h3 >Additional Considerations</h3> <p >Candidates should have immediate availability.
