Currie & Brown are engaged by one of Saudi Arabias highest profile clients to build a Risk Management team.<br>Our team will be fully seconded into the client organisation, with responsibility for the following:<br>Establish, maintain, and continuously update a centralized, auditable risk register within the designated PMIS or Employer-approved risk management tool/platform, and ensure full traceability, version control, and alignment with the project’s risk governance framework.<br>Plan, facilitate and document structured risk identification and assessment workshops with Employer representatives, project teams, consultants, contractors,and key stakeholders. Apply recognized qualitative and quantitative methods—including probability-impact matrices, scoring models, and categorization frameworks—to prioritize risks and define effective mitigation strategies that support project delivery objectives<br>Lead or support the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk response plans, ensuring each risk has clearly assigned owners, defined mitigation actions, timelines, residual risk evaluations, and performance indicators. Ensure accountability and follow-through across all contributing parties<br>Track, monitor, and report on risk performance through periodic risk reviews, updates to risk register, action trackers, mitigation progress assessment, key risk indicators (KRI’s),and escalation of critical or overdue items. Provide timely insights to support data-driven project decision-making.<br>Prepare and deliver clear risk trend analysis and periodic reporting highlighting top risks, including mitigation measures undertaken for the same.<br>Support or lead quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) workshops when requested by the Employer, utilizing risk analysis application, calculating P50/P80/P90confidence levels to determine the project timely completion probability, compiling report with the required measures to meet the project target date.<br>Conduct regular risk register reviews and updates at key project milestones, following lessons learned incorporation.<br>Promote a proactive risk culture through training, awareness sessions, and best-practice guidance for project teams and vendors.
