We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Budget & Cost Control to oversee project budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle while supporting accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and management of project budgets, including initial and revised estimates. Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget performance. Manage project forecasting activities, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC). Review project progress, earned value, and cost performance to ensure alignment between schedule and budget. Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and financial performance analyses for management. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of cost data within ERP systems. Evaluate budget change requests and assess their financial impact. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support effective cost planning and control. Support project close-out activities, including final cost analysis and financial reporting.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in budgeting and cost control, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven experience working on infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP. Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
