<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>- The consultant should be able to own the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) track and drive various phases of the project such as Cloud Map, CRP, design, build, testing, cut-over and go-live support.</p><p>- Must display competency and should be able to configure the OTM modules (Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Fleet Management, Freight Settlement, Track & Trace, Carrier Management, etc.).</p><p>- Candidate must be a problem solver with good analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex transportation and logistics business requirements into OTM configurations.</p><p>- Candidate should work closely with offshore functional and technical teams to keep track of project deliverables, open issues, and milestone adherence across the OTM workstream.</p><p>- Candidate must own deliverables like RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), To-Be design, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, DS030 (Configuration Document), AN100 (Design Document), and OTM transportation solution design specifications.</p><p>- Should work closely with logistics, supply chain, and other dependent departments and client-side roles such as Transportation Planners, Logistics Coordinators, Freight Managers, Carrier Relations Managers, and Warehouse Managers.</p><p>- Will be responsible for configuring OTM Rate Management parameters including rate records, rate offerings, rate geo-hierarchy, accessorial charges, lane-based rates, contract rates, and spot buy integration to support the client’s inbound, outbound, and inter-facility transportation lanes.</p><p>- Is responsible to work closely with the Project Manager on both Cognizant and Client sides, as well as with other functional consultants across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Finance workstreams for cross-module process alignment.</p><p>- Candidate must have proven experience in handling CEMLI objects and related documents, including OTM-specific configurations such as bulk plan parameters, shipment group profiles, and custom agent-action workflows.</p><p>- Is responsible to design integrations with legacy and third-party systems such as ERP (Oracle EBS / Fusion), WMS, carrier EDI/API platforms (214, 210, 204, 990 transaction sets), customs/trade compliance systems, and telematics/GPS track & trace providers using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or OTM’s native XML/Web Services framework.</p><p>- Is responsible for validating transportation master data migrated from legacy systems into OTM Cloud, performing data reconciliation for locations, equipment groups, carrier profiles, service provider qualifications, rate records, and lane configurations during FBDI/CSV-based data loads.</p><p>- Should be able to configure end-to-end shipment planning parameters including bulk planning, continuous move planning, shipment consolidation rules, stop sequencing, load configuration (FTL/LTL/parcel), delivery appointment scheduling, and carrier selection logic.</p><p>- Should be coordinating with the Order Management consultant for order release and shipment order creation, the Procurement consultant for inbound purchase order shipments, and the Warehouse Management consultant for shipment tendering and proof-of-delivery confirmation.</p><p>- Is responsible to design and deliver customer-facing and carrier-facing documents such as Bill of Lading (BOL), Freight Invoice, Shipment Manifest, Delivery Order, Packing List, and carrier tender notifications using OTM’s document generation framework.</p><p>- Candidate will be responsible to design and deliver the “Train the Trainer” plan and schedule for all OTM module users, including Transportation Planners, Freight Managers, Carrier Relations Managers, and Finance/Freight Audit teams.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

Job Purpose The Chief Surveyor is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all surveying activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of survey data, establishes project control networks, supervises survey teams, and provides technical guidance to support engineering, construction, and land development activities. The Chief Surveyor is accountable for the preparation, verification, and certification of survey deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all surveying operations for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Plan, organize, and supervise survey teams, allocating resources and monitoring performance to achieve project objectives. Establish, verify, and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks for all project surveying activities. Oversee land, topographic, as-built, quantity, and engineering surveys using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, laser scanning technologies, and other advanced surveying equipment. Proficient in the use of Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, digital levels, laser scanning systems, and other surveying technologies. Advanced knowledge of survey software, CAD applications, and survey data processing systems. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Thorough understanding of survey computations, coordinate systems, and control networks. Various other duties as required.</i></p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li><p>Monitor activities that will assure that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities. </p><br></li><li><p>Conduct regular surveillance of site work against documented processes.</p><br></li><li><p>Conduct review of work pack documentation and validate test data as meeting specified requirements and/or within tolerance.</p><br></li><li><p>Ensuring incorporated materials on projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.</p><br></li><li><p>Attend as the Company nominated representative for discipline witness and monitor intervention points on Site Construction ITPs</p><br></li><li><p>Produce formal reports of inspection carried out on the site.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor contractor works and provide data/reports/inputs to management as required.</p><br></li><li><p>Liaise with the company and contractor quality personnel to ensure requirements for client representation at hold, witness and test points are understood.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide quality representation at toolbox talks and promote right first time approach</p><br></li><li><p>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</p><br></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</p><br></li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.</p><br></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years work experience on large-scale projects, Supervision consultant/Main contractor experience is essential.</p><br></li><li><p>Computer literate, as will be required to use e-mail, excel & word to compile, produce, monitor and interpret operational data and reports.</p><br></li><li><p>Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Possess the ability to supervise effectively, priorities and co-ordinate multiple tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.</p><br></li><li><p>Must demonstrate a flexible approach to operational requirements in order to meet business objectives. </p><br></li><li><p>Must demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience of working internationally (preference GCC experience).</p><br></li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
