Job Purpose:The Applications Manager owns the full lifecycle of the company’s core business applications across a multi-brand F&B operation of approximately 50 branches. The role is the central bridge between business operations, internal IT, and external vendors - translating operational needs into stable, integrated, and well-governed systems.
