This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a marketing, digital, advertising, social media, or e-commerce environment, has hands-on experience developing content and marketing ideas, and is ready to take greater ownership of client accounts. This is not a traditional account management role. You won't simply collect requests from clients and pass them to the execution team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, products, customers, and commercial objectives; develop marketing and content ideas; build practical marketing and e-commerce plans; and coordinate with our specialized team to turn those plans into execution and measurable results. We are looking for someone who can connect:Client Business → Marketing Strategy → Content → E-commerce → Execution → Results

What You'll DoUnderstand & Manage Your Clients Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their businesses, products, customers, competitors, and commercial objectives. Develop Marketing & Content Plans Turn client business objectives into practical marketing directions and monthly plans. Develop campaign ideas, marketing messages, content pillars, promotional concepts, and offers. Participate directly in building monthly content plans and calendars. Develop ideas for social media posts, Reels, videos, campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing activities. Write or help shape marketing messages, hooks, captions, briefs, and campaign concepts. Connect content activities with the client's wider marketing and sales objectives. Keep up with relevant trends and identify how they can be used effectively for each client. Lead the Content Direction Content is a major part of this role. We are looking for someone who has personally worked on content, not someone who has only managed or approved it. You should be comfortable:Generating content and campaign ideas from scratch. Turning a product, service, offer, or business objective into a strong marketing message. Building content directions and monthly content plans. Writing and improving marketing copy and messages. Developing promotional ideas and campaign concepts. Briefing designers, videographers, and content creators. Reviewing creative work and providing clear feedback. Participating in client shoots and content production when needed. You don't need to be a designer or videographer, but you should know what good marketing content looks like, why it works, and what business objective it should serve.

E-commerce & Growth E-commerce understanding is an important part of this role. You should be able to look beyond social media content and understand how marketing activities contribute to the client's customer journey, conversions, and sales. Working with performance marketing and e-commerce specialists to align campaigns with commercial objectives. Reviewing basic e-commerce and campaign performance indicators and using them to improve future plans. You are not expected to be a technical e-commerce developer or a performance media buyer, but you should understand how an e-commerce business grows and how marketing contributes to revenue.

Coordinate Execution Translate strategies and ideas into clear briefs and tasks for the execution team. Coordinate with content, design, social media, performance marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and development teams when required. Follow up on execution and ensure deadlines are met. Review deliverables before they are presented to clients. Ensure that execution reflects the original marketing and commercial objectives. Solve day-to-day issues between client expectations and execution. Keep the execution team aligned with the client's priorities and business goals.
Review & Improve Follow the performance of campaigns, content, and e-commerce activities. Understand key marketing and e-commerce metrics. Identify what is working, what isn't, and what should change. Use performance insights to improve content, campaigns, offers, and future plans. Continuously bring new ideas and recommendations to clients. Help clients get more commercial value from their marketing activities.

What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, social media, e-commerce, or account management. We're especially interested in people who started their careers doing the work themselves — creating content, building campaigns, working with online stores, or executing marketing activities — and are now ready to take greater ownership.

What Success Looks Like You understand your clients deeply. You don't wait for them to tell you what to post or what campaign to run. You can look at a client's products, store, customers, and sales objectives and identify marketing opportunities. You can turn a product or commercial objective into a marketing message, content direction, campaign, promotion, or offer. You understand that good content is not only about engagement — it should ultimately contribute to the client's wider business and commercial objectives. You can explain your thinking clearly to the client, translate it into actionable briefs for the team, and follow through until the idea is executed properly. Most importantly, you take ownership —from the business objective, to the idea, to the execution, to the result.
