<li >Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the necessary team.</li>
<li >Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.</li>

<li >Arrange necessary work permits before commencing any work.</li>
<li >Provide technical advice to Technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.</li>
