Job Title: Marine Construction Director Job Summary The Marine Construction Director provides strategic and operational leadership for marine and coastal construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, environmental, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee marine construction projects including ports, harbors, jetties, piers, quay walls, breakwaters, seawalls, dredging, reclamation, piling, and waterfront structures. Develop construction strategies, methodologies, schedules, resource plans, and execution plans. Review technical designs, construction methodologies, shop drawings, temporary works, and engineering submissions. Identify and manage technical, operational, commercial, environmental, and safety risks. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, environmental regulations, project specifications, and applicable marine standards. Oversee marine equipment and operations, including barges, cranes, dredgers, tugboats, piling rigs, and workboats.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or Construction Engineering.20+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in marine/coastal infrastructure. Minimum 8–10 years in senior management/directorial marine construction roles. Proven experience managing large-scale marine construction projects. Strong knowledge of dredging, reclamation, piling, marine foundations, concrete works, coastal protection, and underwater construction.

POSITION SUMMARYStaff Asset and Reliability Engineer is a high-level technical position foundational to the operation and maintenance of the facilities. NATURE & SCOPE<br>Staff Asset and Reliability Engineer drives improvements in asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle management. This role is key to ensuring our critical equipment and systems perform optimally while minimizing downtime and maximizing return on investment. This engineer combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver asset management and reliability engineering best practices, support maintenance strategies, and mentor junior engineers.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Asset Management:Lead asset lifecycle planning including acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal strategies. Develop and maintain the asset register and criticality rankings. Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, optimize performance, and extend asset life. Collaborate with finance and operations to develop capital and replacement plans.<br>Reliability Engineering:Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA). Develop, review, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using RCM principles. Implement reliability improvement projects for critical assets and systems. Monitor and optimize key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, asset availability, etc.).<br>Technical Leadership:Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for condition monitoring, asset health, and reliability tools. Lead cross-functional reliability improvement teams and mentoring of junior staff. Interface with OEMs, vendors, and contractors to resolve complex technical issues.<br>Systems and Tools:Utilize EAM/CMMS platform for maintenance planning and analysis. Support implementation of digital tools such as APM (Asset Performance Management), IoT sensors, or data analytics platforms. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate asset health and reliability performance.<br><br>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Minimum of 10 years of maintenance and reliability engineering experience in an operating industrial plant with 5 years specifically related to reliability and asset engineering. Strong knowledge of asset management frameworks. Proficiency in RCA, RCM, REX, FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance tools, maintenance data analysis and reporting methods. Safety-conscious with strong knowledge of maintenance and safety consensus standards and best practices. Familiar with regulatory and environmental compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of condition monitoring technologies. Experience in one or more of: hydrogen electrolysis, hydrogen storage, ammonia production, power systems, air separation. Familiarity with stage-gated capital project processes and asset handover requirements.
NEOM Green Hydrogen Company Limited (NGHC) NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is an equal joint venture between Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM responsible for the development of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project in the autonomous NEOM region within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project will see the construction of the world’s largest plant to produce green hydrogen at scale, producing up to 600 tonnes of carbon-free hydrogen per day through the integration of approximately 4GW of Solar and Wind energy. The plant will produce green ammonia for export to global markets and is scheduled to be onstream in 2026.<br>JOB DETAILS:Division: GH2 Operations. REPORTS TO: GH2 Maintenance Manager. LIAISE/COOPERATE WITH: Plant operation staff, technical support teams, purchasing, materials management teams and contractors.<br>POSITION SUMMARY:The Instrumentation Supervisor is a key member of the maintenance team for the GHE site in Neom. This position will be responsible for the instrumentation maintenance of the plants (Hydrogen, Ammonia, ASU, Utilities, and Jetty). The selected candidate will build strong relationships with the plant operating staff, technical support teams, as well as contractors. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager of GH2.<br>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:Working alongside the maintenance manager, must build the instrumentation maintenance team. Lead a team of 10 - 20 Instrumentation technicians and planners. Will be part of the working group that will be responsible for creating/reviewing the preventive maintenance plans. Drive the Instrumentation maintenance team towards compliance with maintenance performance metrics such as PM compliance, monthly spending vs budget and safety program participation. Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and very high priority maintenance activities. Work with the maintenance and operations teams to prioritize, schedule, and perform all daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Coaching and development of Instrument technicians Availability to take calls after hours and weekends. Work with the materials management department to update spare parts information as necessary and to support inventory management activities. Elaborate technical specifications describing the scope of services for bidding process to select contractors. Provide support in the GHE site Turnarounds preparation. Actively participate in NGHC safety programs, promote, and enforce safety rules and good housekeeping methods. Ensuring application and compliance with all training, procedures, standards, specifications, KSA codes and statutory requirements. Continually evaluating maintenance methodologies, preventative/predictive programs, work practices, etc., to improve equipment integrity and reliability. Promote resource sharing across NGHC Operations. Rapid response and correction of regular and unplanned maintenance to prevent business loss. Provide support preparing of maintenance budgets for the production plants. Problem solving, making diagnoses, and implementing initiatives for problem resolution are part of his responsibilities. Actively participate in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of the plants. Creating maintenances procedures as needed. Establish clear objectives for direct reports, communicating objectives and providing feedback through the annual performance review. Contractor management according AP procedures. Lead the implementation of changes through the MOC process. Approve and control overtime of technicians.<br>PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:10 - 20 direct and up to 50 contractors during turnarounds.<br>ESSENTIAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:The incumbent should possess a minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree (additional preference) in an engineering discipline, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 15 years of related maintenance management experience in the industrial gas, chemical, refining and or related industry.<br>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Experience in hazardous area instrumentation and safety systems (SIS, SIL). Understanding of ISO standards, IEC codes, and industry best practices. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as SAP PM.<br>MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:15 Years of Total Experience.5 Years of Managerial Experience.<br>SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:Engineering degree. Candidates must possess a strong safety focus and background.15+ years in a petrochemical with instrumentation maintenance experience. Must have extensive experience in calibration, COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS, HART, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, analyzers, DCS, control valves electric and pneumatic, transmitters, switches and ATEX competency. Strong organizational planning skills with the ability to set priorities. Prior budgetary management and development experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills are critical to the position. High ethical standards - unwilling to compromise on worker safety and regulatory compliance requirements. Reading drawings such as Piping and instrumentation, electric and logic diagrams. Understanding of operating plant environment. Strong SAP skills are desired, ability to learn is crucial.
