All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Join us and Make an Impact.</strong></span></p><br><p>Advanced Project Engineer (Security & LC/AV)</p><br><p>Role and Key Responsibilities</p><br><ul> <li>Provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight for complex projects encompassing Security, Low Current (LC), and Audio Visual (AV) systems.</li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements across all integrated systems.</li> <li>Conduct advanced budget analysis, value engineering, and cost-benefit assessments for integrated Security, LC, and AV solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.</li> <li>Lead the development and deployment of best-in-class engineering processes, procedures, and tools to ensure commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement for all project phases.</li> <li>Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to Security, LC, and AV systems, developing robust contingency plans.</li> <li>Drive system design and engineering efforts, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between diverse security, LC, and AV technologies.</li> <li>Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery with a focus on positive deviation and team performance.</li> <li>Mentor and manage junior engineering teams, fostering technical growth and ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices.</li></ul><p>Requirement and Skills</p><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.</li> <li>Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in project engineering, with significant leadership roles in integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and approving complex shop drawings, technical specifications, and system architectures for multi-disciplinary projects.</li> <li>Extensive experience with a wide range of Honeywell Security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and associated field control systems.</li> <li>Proven ability to interpret and ensure strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA, local security regulations, AVIXA standards).</li> <li>Advanced experience in configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex integrated systems, including server-side software and front-end applications.</li> <li>Strong background in system design development, including network architecture, power distribution, and signal flow for converged Security, LC, and AV platforms.</li> <li>Competency in advanced calculations, including battery sizing, voltage drop, audio coverage, video resolution, and network bandwidth requirements.</li></ul><p>Customer Satisfaction</p><br><ul> <li>Provide senior-level technical supervision and guidance to customers on-site for integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.</li> <li>Lead technical discussions and site coordination meetings, effectively resolving complex technical challenges and stakeholder concerns.</li> <li>Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customer technical and operational staff on the use and maintenance of integrated systems.</li> <li>Oversee system handover processes and secure final customer acceptance for all project deliverables, ensuring complete satisfaction.</li></ul><p><span><strong>We Offer:</strong></span></p><br><p><span>The opportunity to work on the world’s most exciting projects, transforming the cities we live in, the buildings where we work, and the vehicles that move us. </span></p><br><ul> <li><span>A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation.</span></li> <li><span>Market specific training and on-going personal development.</span></li></ul><p><span>If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.</span></p><br><p><span>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
