About the Role Alesayi Motors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Service Operations Manager to lead and expand our B2B and Fleet After-Sales business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service growth, managing fleet customer relationships, developing service contracts, and ensuring operational excellence across fleet maintenance and repair activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Fleet Service Operations function to drive sustainable business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and corporate accounts. Develop and negotiate fleet service agreements and maintenance contracts. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the fleet and B2B sector. Collaborate with Sales, After-Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams. Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Establish and track KPIs, service metrics, and operational reports. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and fleet service delivery. Drive customer retention, service excellence, and continuous process improvement. Support annual budgeting, manpower planning, and business strategy initiatives. You will ensure that all digital models—integrating BIM, GIS, and engineering data—comply with rigorous technical standards and file structures.
