Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Systematics Support Engineer (ALS) to provide operational support for mission-critical Systematics ALS (Asset & Liability System) applications running on IBM Mainframe (z/OS). The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical banking batch and online processing. As part of a 24x7 production support organization, the engineer will lead production incident resolution, monitor End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing, troubleshoot complex application issues, and work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure uninterrupted banking operations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Systematics ALS applications. Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD), Beginning-of-Day (BOD), and scheduled batch processing activities. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents affecting Systematics ALS applications. Analyze batch failures, job abends, JCL errors, and processing delays to ensure successful business processing.
