<p>Extensive experience overseeing high-rise, residential, and commercial building projects across Middle East markets, integrating planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management functions. Proven ability to establish and manage robust project controls systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and timely reporting to support informed decision-making.
