Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure that construction and engineering projects comply with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, maintain quality documentation, implement quality management procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures. Conduct inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and quality reports. Identify non-conformities (NCRs), investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure quality requirements are achieved. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company quality policies, and client requirements. Monitor material inspections, testing activities, and quality records. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Prepare periodic quality reports and provide recommendations for process improvements. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across project teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction or engineering projects. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience in quality inspections, documentation, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Familiarity with construction codes, engineering standards, and quality control procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred. Required Skills Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and quality management systems. Excellent inspection, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
