<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, review, coordination, and construction supervision of major high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale building developments in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. projects (Fit-Out), directly supervising engineers, inspectors, contractors, and workers, ensuring project completion according to plans, specifications, and required quality, while adhering to the approved schedule and budget.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>* Leading the site work team and distributing daily tasks to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and workers.</p><p>* Managing the complete field execution of the project from site handover to final delivery.</p><p>* Preparing a clear daily and weekly execution plan and following up on its achievement.</p><p>* Monitoring the attendance and productivity of workers and contractors and measuring actual performance levels.</p><p>* Directly supervising subcontractors and ensuring their compliance with quality, materials, and scope of work.</p><p>* Making field technical decisions and addressing issues that hinder execution progress.</p><p>* Coordinating all project components to prevent conflicts or delays Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>* Minimum 5 years of practical experience in executing interior fit-out projects and Fit-Out.</p><p>* Proven experience in leading execution teams and managing engineers, inspectors, technicians, and workers.</p><p>* Experience in executing hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices, exhibitions, and commercial outlets.</p><p>* Ability to manage the project on-site from handover to final delivery.</p><p>* Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and modifying execution drawings.</p><p>* Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Revit is preferred.</p><p>* Experience in quantity surveying, BOQ, variation orders, and invoicing.</p><p>* Strong knowledge of finishing materials and execution and acceptance methods.</p><p>* Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.</p><p>* Ability to prepare schedules and monitor achievement rates.</p><p>* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Project or
