Our partner is looking for a Technical Content Creator - Pear/ Bare/ P2P based in Saudi Arabia.

This is a highly technical content role for an engineer or technical creator passionate about decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure. You’ll build functional prototypes, experiment with P2P systems, and turn complex engineering concepts into practical developer experiences. The role combines software development, technical storytelling, and polished video production in a builder-first environment. You’ll work closely with protocol and product engineers to showcase new capabilities and demonstrate what developers can build with modern decentralized technologies. Your work will include code-along content, interactive repositories, technical walkthroughs, and functional application demos. This is an opportunity to influence developer adoption by making sophisticated infrastructure tangible, useful, and exciting.

Accountabilities

Build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure prototypes using Pear and Bare with a high degree of independence. Develop practical demonstrations such as P2P chat, file synchronization, data replication, and other decentralized application concepts. Record clear, polished technical screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations that explain implementation details, peer discovery, synchronization, and real-world value. Translate complex protocol changes, cryptographic concepts, runtime capabilities, and technical documentation into accessible developer content. Create code-along videos, step-by-step tutorials, sample projects, interactive repositories, and other practical learning resources. Collaborate closely with protocol and product engineering teams to understand upcoming features and ensure technical content remains accurate and current. Rapidly prototype new concepts to demonstrate how developers can build resilient, serverless applications using P2P technologies. Partner with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators by providing high-quality demos, reusable technical assets, and co-created coding challenges. Continuously identify compelling technical stories and demonstrations that can help developers understand and adopt the ecosystem.

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical content creation, solutions engineering, backend development, systems engineering, or a comparable field. Strong programming skills, particularly with technologies such as Node.js, C, or C++, and the ability to work confidently with networking and runtime-level concepts. Solid understanding of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, decentralized application architecture, and Hypercore or append-only-log-style data structures. Ability to independently explore technical infrastructure, build working prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and turn experiments into reliable demonstrations. Experience producing polished technical screen recordings, video tutorials, terminal demonstrations, or similar developer-focused content using tools such as Loom, Camtasia, Screen Flow, or comparable software. Strong technical writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex engineering concepts understandable without oversimplifying them. Excellent developer empathy and an understanding of what motivates engineers and infrastructure professionals to experiment with new technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with engineering and developer-facing teams. Highly autonomous and comfortable taking ownership in a distributed, remote-first environment across global time zones. A genuine interest in P2P technologies, decentralized infrastructure, cryptography, distributed systems, and developer tooling.

Benefits

100% remote work with the ability to collaborate from India as part of a globally distributed team.
