تعلن إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع التجزئة بالمملكة العربية السعودية عن حاجتها إلى مدير تسويق (Marketing Manager) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل بمدينة الرياض.<br>المتطلبات:خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التسويق بقطاع التجزئة (Retail) — شرط أساسي.خبرة قوية في تسويق وإدارة شبكة المعارض والفروع ودعم تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية.خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والخطط التسويقية بما يساهم في نمو المبيعات وتعزيز الحصة السوقية.القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية فعّالة تستهدف العملاء وتدعم نمو المبيعات.خبرة في تحليل السوق والمنافسين ودراسة سلوك العملاء وتحويل النتائج إلى خطط تسويقية عملية.خبرة في قطاع الإنارة والأدوات الصحية أو قطاعات Retail المشابهة تُعد ميزة إضافية.مهارات قوية في إدارة الفريق وقيادة وكالات التسويق والموردين وتحقيق الـ KPIs.قدرة عالية على العمل بشكل استراتيجي وتنفيذي، مع فهم واضح لاحتياجات Retail & Branch Operations.العمر لا يزيد عن 35 عامًا.<br>???? موقع العمل: الرياض – المملكة العربية السعودية
