<p>The Vice President will lead the company’s real estate and asset management strategy across its hotel portfolio. Demonstrated responsibility for a significant hotel portfolio, with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, refinancing, capital programs, operator management, financial modelling, and value creation. Strong understanding of hotel operating metrics and investment returns, with a proven record of improving EBITDA/NOI, RevPAR, asset valuation, and overall portfolio performance.</p><h3>1.
