The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an HPC cluster of approximately 600 CPU and GPU nodes, HPC storage systems, Infini Band and Ethernet networks, and day-to-day operational issues. Warehouse Operations Integration Ensure accurate system management of:Receiving and put-away activities Picking, packing, and dispatch operations Inventory movements and stock control Batch, lot, and serial number tracking Expiry-date management and product traceability Support integration between WMS, ERP, transportation, and other operational systems. User Support & Training Act as the primary point of contact for WMS users. Provide daily support to warehouse teams and supervisors. Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs. Deliver user training and ensure adherence to best practices. Reporting & Data Analytics Ensure inventory and transaction accuracy. Develop operational dashboards and reports. Analyze warehouse performance and inventory trends. Support internal and external audits. Process Governance & Continuous Improvement Define and enforce standardized warehouse processes. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures. Support FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and WMS environments. Experience in WMS implementation, configuration, and optimization projects. Experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or cold chain operations is preferred. Technical Skills Strong understanding of:Inbound and outbound warehouse operations Inventory control and stock management Value Added Services (VAS) Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Experience with ERP integrations and system interfaces. Knowledge of RF scanners, barcode technology, and API/EDI integrations. Proficiency in reporting tools and data analytics (Power BI preferred). Professional certifications in Information Governance or Records Management are a significant asset.
