<h2 class="h5">الوصف الوظيفي</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> أمين مستودع الهدف والأثر على المؤسسة: المساهمة في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات والأرباح للمتجر من خلال: <ul> <li> الحفاظ على منطقة مستودع فعالة ومنظمة </li> </ul> <ul> <li> تنفيذ عمليات المتجر مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تدفق المنتجات من وإلى صالة البيع </li> </ul> <ul> <li> استخدام خبرتك وتجاربك لتقديم الملاحظات والدعم لأعضاء محددين في الفريق </li> </ul> المسؤوليات الرئيسية: <ul> <li> المعرفة التامة بمستهدفات مبيعات المتجر ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، بالإضافة إلى مستهدفات الأداء الفردية، وتولي مسؤوليتها واستخدام جميع موارد المتجر المتاحة بفعالية لتحقيقها أو تجاوزها </li> </ul> <ul> <li> استخدام الخبرة التجارية وفي مجال تجارة التجزئة لزيادة فرص المبيعات من خلال إعطاء الأولوية لتدفق البضائع إلى صالة البيع </li> </ul> <ul> <li> أن تكون نموذجاً يُحتذى به في عمليات المستودع وإتمام عمليات التسليم بسرعة ودقة مع الالتزام بإجراءات حماية المخزون </li> </ul> <ul> <li> تسجيل وإدارة جميع تحركات المخزون بين المتاجر والمستودعات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد </li> </ul> <ul> <li> ضمان توفر المستلزمات الكافية لإنشاء بيئة مستودع فعالة والحفاظ على ذلك باستمرار (بما في ذلك جميع البضائع) داخل المنطقة والمناطق المحيطة بها </li> </ul> <ul> <li> الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المتجر للحفاظ على بيئة تسوق وعمل آمنة </li> </ul> <ul> <li> تحديد فرص التحسين وتوصيل الاقتراحات إلى إدارة المتجر لتعزيز النجاح التجاري </li> </ul> <ul> <li> توجيه وتدريب أعضاء محددين من فريق المتجر على العمليات والسلوكيات الأساسية في المستودع </li> </ul> <ul> <li> التعاون بشكل إنتاجي ومحترم مع أعضاء الفريق </li> </ul> <ul> <li> الاستعداد لدعم أعضاء الفريق الآخرين عند الحاجة </li> </ul> <ul> <li> إكمال جميع البرامج التدريبية المطبقة وتطبيق ما تم تعلمه بفعالية في العمل </li> </ul> <ul> <li> السعي للحصول على فرص التدريب والتعلم لتحسين أدائك باستمرار </li> </ul> العلاقات الرئيسية: <ul> <li> العملاء </li> </ul> <ul> <li> الزملاء والمشرف </li> </ul> المعرفة والقدرات والخبرة: <ul> <li> كفاءات أمين المستودع </li> </ul> <ul> <li> إتقان اللغة العربية يفضل </li> </ul> <ul> <li> اللغة الإنجليزية إزامية </li> </ul> الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات: <ul> <li> فضل خبرة بين 1-2 سنة في بيئة تجارة التجزئة الموجهة نحو العملاء والتجارة في مجال الرياضة/الأزياء </li> </ul> <ul> <li> مهارات أساسية في الحساب والقرائية والتواصل اللفظي </li> </ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> المرشح المفضل </h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> سنوات الخبرة </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> لا تتطلب خبرة </div> </div> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small "> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Degree"> المؤهل العلمي </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Degree"> درجة البكالوريوس / الدبلوم العالي </div> </div>
