It is one of the biggest civil engineering projects in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s.<br><br>Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company (SABCO) serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). Responsibility includes the review, consultation and revision of contractors Traffic Management Plans and Contractor/Industry applications. Extensive experience of traffic safety and undertake various technical aspects of traffic safety engineering work. The role also involves preparing cost estimates, supporting tender submissions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with project execution capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring regular client visits and close coordination with technical and operations teams.<br>Qualifications<br> Solid knowledge of the solar industry and solar power markets, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for clients. Hands-on experience with solar systems and PV design, including sizing, layout, and performance modeling for commercial or industrial installations. Competence in electrical design for solar applications, including understanding of wiring, protection devices, inverters, and relevant standards and codes.3+ years of experience in solar sales or technical sales engineering, preferably in power or renewable energy solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with PV design and simulation tools, and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and travel to customer locations as needed.

Job Purpose:<br>To provide proactive project management and support the company’s developments by managing the project plans, establishing project criteria, and coordinating project reviews to ensure high-quality time delivery of projects and programs.
