Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily EHS management on the project site, supervising site activities, equipment operation, and implementation of safety measures to ensure compliance with client and project safety requirements. Assist in reviewing, collecting, and managing operator qualification documents, including:Operation permit Iqama / valid local work or residence document Operator training certificate Company internal training certificate, if accepted by the client Coordinate and manage third-party equipment certification documents to ensure that equipment entry and on-site operation comply with project EHS requirements. Act as the site safety contact person and communicate with the client’s EHS department for daily coordination, safety inspections, document submission, corrective actions, and other site-related matters. Supervise the proper use of PPE by site personnel and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards. Assist in organizing site safety training, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and maintaining related records. Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify potential safety risks, promote corrective actions, and follow up until closure. Assist in handling safety incidents, near misses, and emergency situations, including reporting, record keeping, and corrective action follow-up.<br><br>Requirements Relevant experience in EHS, safety management, construction site management, or related roles. Familiar with project site safety management processes, including work permits, personnel qualification review, equipment certification, and PPE management. Able to review and organize site documents such as operation permits, Iqama, operator training certificates, and third-party equipment certification documents. Strong on-site communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the client’s EHS department, operators, third-party service providers, and internal teams. Good English communication skills for site coordination, document submission, and meeting communication. Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and ability to follow up on issues until closure. Able to adapt to project site working environments. Experience in overseas projects, Middle East projects, solar PV, power, EPC, or engineering equipment site safety management is preferred. Experience working with multinational site teams is preferred. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or other safety-related certificates are preferred. Candidates with more than 5 years of safety management experience are preferred.
