The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various government platforms to generate actionable insights that support service improvement and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models that align with regulatory and compliance frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings in clear formats, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of data quality and performance metrics for government clients.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify trends. Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to design analyses, validate results, and support data-driven decisions. Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure, optimize, and maintain data models for reporting and integration. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present insights and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with Python or R is a plus).
