The Contract Advisor provides professional contractual and commercial support in the development, administration, and management of contracts within the assigned organization. The role serves as the Contract Proponent representative and provides expert advice throughout the contract lifecycle, from development of requirements and scope of work through execution, administration, amendments, claims, renewals, and close-out. To stand in for the driller during drilling/tripping operations and manage the drilling crew while considering the current company and job instructions as well as H&P quality and safety standards.<br>Responsibilities Supervises and takes part in the order, cleanliness and housekeeping at rig site. Maintains the drilling tools and equipment. Supervises and helps the drilling crew to prepare equipment. Before rig move should order and supervise the loading of the rig equipment under the orders of the Tool Pusher and Driller. Supervises the correct storage of drilling equipment. Responsible for replacing the Derrickman at any time at the request of the Driller. Inspects the derrick/mast and equipment, records the inspections, reports and corrects the defects after approval by the Tool Pusher. Supervises the good maintenance of all the sheaves in the derrick/mast. Checks that the drill string is in good condition. Supervises the handling on the rig floor and specially when picking up or laying down drilling equipment. Can replace the Driller at the brake when pulling out, running into the casing or when drilling a non-productive zone. Is familiar with the client’s rules to control a kick and to apply them under the orders of the Driller. Plant Operation</p><ul><li><p>Operate chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, TES and associated equipment safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Monitor chilled water supply/return temperatures, flow, pressure, ΔT and plant load.</p></li><li><p>Maintain plant operation in accordance with approved <strong>SOPs, operating procedures and control philosophy</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Monitor equipment loading and ensure proper chiller/pump sequencing and rotation.</p></li><li><p>Adjust operating parameters to maintain required system performance and efficiency.</p></li></ul><p>2. Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP). Responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), and conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness upon completion of extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement or modification of components or aircraft systems. Flights typically associated with this position include determining the availability of required aircraft power, assessing power plant health and performance, and verifying the functioning of aircraft components and systems in accordance with applicable aircraft technical publications and predetermined requirements.
