Works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders under the guidance of regional Business Development leadership to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and support the identification of revenue-generating opportunities through accurate, timely, and high-quality administrative and analytical support.<br>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Provide support to segmental and regional Business Development teams in accordance with instructions from BD leadership to ensure effective execution of assigned activities. Maintain and regularly update databases including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and reference lists to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Prepare and manage project certifications, TOACs, satisfaction letters, and related commercial documentation to support business operations and compliance. Prepare pre-qualification documents for projects in line with requirements to support bidding and tendering activities. Analyze Instructions to Bidders (ITBs) to identify risks and opportunities and support informed bid decision-making. Follow up on bid bonds and related financial documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with tender requirements. Generate reports using division systems and support preparation of structured data outputs for Business Development reporting. Support BD team with data insights to assist in pipeline evaluation and opportunity tracking. Monitor KPIs and pipeline activities to ensure visibility of business performance and progress across opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to provide project pipeline information and support content for events, giveaways, customer kits, and related activities. Support adherence to HSE and Quality Management System requirements, act as quality representative for commercial processes, identify areas for process improvement, and handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.<br>REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATIONBasic Requirements:Qualification:Bachelor's degree in business management or relative discipline.
