Technical & Engineering Director – Main Contractor (Luxury Hotel Project) Role Summary The Technical & Engineering Director is responsible for leading all technical and engineering functions for a luxury hotel construction project executed by a main contractor. The role oversees engineering design management, value engineering, construction methodologies, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals, while setting engineering standards and best practices to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the technical and engineering strategy aligned with project and business objectives.
