What We’re Looking For:· We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Precast Manager to oversee the complete precast concrete operations, including production planning, execution, quality control, manpower, materials, equipment, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities · Manage and supervise the overall precast production execution and construction activities.· Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of precast elements to site.· Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement, Construction, and Site teams.· Review approved shop drawings, production drawings, method statements, and technical requirements.· Ensure precast elements are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.· Monitor production quality, dimensional accuracy, finishing, curing, lifting, storage, and transportation of precast elements.· Manage manpower, equipment, materials, molds, and other resources required for production.· Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, NCRs, and corrective actions.· Monitor productivity and production targets and implement corrective measures where required.· Maintain proper records of production, material consumption, inspections, deliveries, and inventory.· Identify potential production and site constraints and develop practical solutions.· Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of precast molds, machinery, lifting equipment, and production facilities.· Monitor subcontractors and suppliers involved in precast-related activities.· Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements throughout production, handling, transportation, and erection activities.· Prepare and submit regular progress and production reports to project management. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in precast concrete production and construction.· Strong knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing, reinforcement, casting, curing, lifting, storage, transportation, and erection.· Good understanding of structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
