Job Summary We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer (MEP) to join our team for the prestigious Diriyah Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing MEP Building Information Models (BIM), ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Auto CAD. Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage. Good understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and coordination processes. Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international BIM standards is preferred.
