The Senior Workforce Allocation Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the effective allocation and deployment of manpower within the labor camp. The position ensures optimum workforce utilization, timely deployment, compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, and the smooth execution of daily operations. The role serves as a key coordination point between Camp Management, Operations, Project Teams, Supervisors, and workers to ensure workforce availability is aligned with operational requirements and organizational objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Allocate workforce resources efficiently to meet daily operational and project requirements. Develop, monitor, and maintain workforce deployment plans based on project schedules and manpower requirements. Track workforce availability and deployment to ensure the right resources are available at the right time and location.
