About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to join a dedicated team serving a VVIP Client. This role requires a blend of meticulous organizational skills, culinary expertise, and high-level personal service. The successful candidate will prepare and cook meals for the principals, guests, and staff on a daily basis, while expertly managing the kitchen, as well as food and beverage purchasing and supply. You will be primarily based in Saudi Arabia, but you must be willing and able to travel to the UK, EU, and USA with the principal as required.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Culinary Preparation & Dietary Management: Oversee the preparation of all food and beverages in the Main Kitchen, including specialized snacks like gluten-free sandwiches, mini-pizzas, fruit, and vegetables for the principals.
