Job Purpose: <br>To lead and manage all construction activities related to the fire protection system upgrade across RTSI platforms, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes.<br>Key Responsibilities: <br>Oversee offshore construction activities including installation of firewater pumps, foam systems, monitors, piping, and suppression systems. Ensure compliance with Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual. Coordinate demolition and replacement of existing fire protection infrastructure. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules aligned with project milestones. Interface with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Marine teams. Coordinate barge mobilization, offshore logistics, and material handling. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all personnel are certified (HEUT, permit receivers, etc.). Ensure work permits are obtained and closed per G. I. 0002.100. Implement and monitor the Contractor’s Site Safety Program (CSSP). Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, and NFPA standards. Manage punch lists, mechanical completion checklists, and pre-commissioning activities.
