<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing projects from the consultancy/client representative side , with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and project delivery activities across complex infrastructure programs. This role is ideally suited to professionals with direct experience in roads, highways, transportation networks, utilities, and related infrastructure projects . Candidates with predominantly building, architectural, contractor execution, or design-focused backgrounds will not be considered. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects. Demonstrated experience working for engineering consultancies, project management consultancies, or as a client representative on major infrastructure programs. Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Proven experience managing consultant-led infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications such as PMP, PMO, or equivalent are preferred. Saudi National preferred. Western education (Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized Western university) is highly preferred. Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous. <p>We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects to lead and manage BIM implementation, coordination, and delivery across all project stages.
