<p>Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated ATC Wayside and Onboard Technician to work on our RIYADH Project . HVAC Technician – Facilities Management / Building Maintenance We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities. This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br><br>Role Summary The HVAC Technician will be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment in building facilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, responding to maintenance calls, identifying faults, requesting spare parts, and ensuring HVAC systems remain in proper operational condition. The Weighing Officer is responsible for accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with company procedures, and maintaining full traceability for audit and regulatory requirements.<br>A. Operational Duties• Perform weighing of raw materials, , and returned items using calibrated weighing equipment.• Record weight readings accurately in manual logs as applicable.• Verify product details, batch numbers, and packaging integrity before weighing.• Ensure proper labelling of weighed items according to SOP requirements.• Coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth material movement to and from the weighing area. B. Documentation & Compliance• Maintain accurate weighing logs, forms, and system entries.• Ensure all weighing activities comply with SFDA,, and internal SOP standards.• Report any discrepancies in weight, product code, or documentation immediately.• Support audit readiness by keeping records organized and accessible. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth equipment and vehicular movement, minimizing traffic disruptions, and enforcing strict site road safety protocols for heavy construction machinery and earthmoving fleets. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and detour strategies in compliance with local transport authorities. Manage and regulate heavy machinery movement, mass haul routes, access roads, and site entry/exit points for earthworks operations. Oversee site traffic safety, signages, temporary barriers, lighting, and flagger deployments. Conduct regular traffic safety risk assessments and implement corrective measures to prevent site road accidents. Coordinate with municipal authorities, local traffic departments, clients, and contractors to secure necessary traffic permits and approvals.
