The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting electrical works, reviewing drawings and technical documents, monitoring quality of implementation, coordinating with various disciplines, and participating in tests and commissioning. Tasks and responsibilities: • Supervise electrical works on site and monitor their execution. • Review electrical drawings and IFC drawings and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements and ITPs Installation Procedures for electrical works. • Review electrical materials, equipment, and related technical documents. • Inspect electrical materials and equipment arriving on site and ensure they comply with specifications. • Ensure that executed works conform to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Review RFI inspection requests and technical inquiries. • Track discrepancies between approved drawings and site actuals and request and review Redline Drawings when needed. • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and security systems works. • Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. • Review As-Built drawings and operation and maintenance documents and related certificates. • Participate in handover activities and close Punch List. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports.
