المهام والمسئوليات التفصيلية:1. القيام بدراسة احتياجات العميل وإجراءات العمل وإعداد وثيقة تحـليـل الفجوات Analysis Gap مع وضع الفروقات الموجودة ما بين الأنظمة المراد توريدها وطريقة العمل الفعلية الموجودة لدى العميل.2. التأكد من جاهزية البنية التحتية اللازمة لتركيب الأنظمة لدى العميل مع تحديد المتطلبات والاحتياجات المطلوبة حال عدم توفرها سواءً لبيئة الفحص أو لبيئة الإنتاج.3. التأكد من جاهزية المتطلبات الفنية من البرامج التشغيلية اللازمة لتشغيل الأنظمة المراد توريدها.4. تركيب وتوريد الأنظمة لأول مرة على بيئة الفحص وبيئة الإنتاج لدى العميل وذلك بعد الانتهاء من جاهزية البنية التحتية والمتطلبات الفنية المطلوبة لعمل الأنظمة.5. القيام بتجهيز وتنفيذ خطط تدريب المستخدمين بأنواعهم على إجراءات ومزايا وآليات عمل الأنظمة المطلوبة لدى العميل وفقاً لخطة المشروع المعتمدة.6. القيام بتجهيز وتنفيذ خطط الإشراف على تطبيق الأنظمة لدى العميل وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات ووفقاً لخطة المشروع المعتمدة.7. الإشراف على إدخال البيانات الأساسية والإعدادات العامة للأنظمة والرموز الأساسية الى حين استلامها من قبل مدير النظام لدى العميل.8. الاشراف على مرحلة اختبار قبول النظام User Acceptance Test.9. توجيه مستخدمي النظام ومتابعتهم خطوة بخطوة للتأكد من سير العمل على النظام بشكل سليم.10. التواصل المباشر مع المستخدمين ومتابعة المشاكل والملاحظات التي تظهر معهم حسب دورة العمل الخاصة بها من تحليل للمشكلة وتوثيقها على نظام متابعه المشاكل ومن ثم متابعة معالجتها وتركيب حلها لدى العميل وذلك بعد انتهاء فحصها من قسم الجودة.11. تجهيز دليل أو قائمة بالتحديثات التي ستتم على الأنظمة بغرض عرضها للعميل قبل التركيب.12. عمل الاختبارات اللازمة على بيئة الفحص لدى العميل والتأكد من سلامة التركيب والتحديثات المطلوبة مع أخذ الموافقة عليها من العميل قبل التركيب على بيئة الإنتاج لدى العميل.13. القيام بتركيب النسخ المحدثة من الأنظمة الموردة لدى العميل مع تجهيز التقارير المعتمدة الخاصة بها ومع تسليم حلول الملاحظات والتعديلات الجديدة التي تمت على الأنظمة.14. تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين والإجابة على استفساراتهم والمساعدة في تقديم الحلول المناسبة والفعالة لهم في أقرب وقت ممكن.15. القيام بحل المشاكل البسيطة التي لها إجراءات حل واضحة وموثقة في الشركة.16. القدرة على تحديد أولويات حلول الملاحظات والتعديلات المطلوبة على الأنظمة ووفقاً للاحتياج الفعلي لدى العميل وتصعيد المشاكل -عند الحاجة- ليتم العمل على إنجازها في أقرب وقت ممكن مع ضرورة إطلاع العميل أولاً بأول عن سير العمل الخاص بملاحظاته ومتطلباته.17. تحري الدقة والشمولية والوضوح والتوثيق في الإفادات المقدمة للعميل ولإدارة المشروع في جميع الأعمال الموكلة له.18. مراجعة التعديلات المطلوبة من المستخدمين والتأكد من توفرها بالنظام من عدمه قبل إرسالها للشركة.19. القدرة على اكتشاف الملاحظات الموجودة في النظام والعمل على حلها أو الإبلاغ عنها لإدارة المشروع ليتم معالجتها وتصحيحها في أقرب وقت ممكن قبل اكتشافها والتبليغ عنها من قبل العميل.20. العمل على متابعه التحديثات والإصدارات الجديدة التي تتم على الأنظمة ومعرفة الجديد الموجود فيها.21. القيام بدعم قسم المبيعات أثناء عملية البيع وذلك من خلال استعراض مزايا الأنظمة الموجودة لدينا بالشركة مع القيام بالاجتماعات المطلوبة ذات العلاقة.22. التعامل مع العملاء بطريقة احترافية وعكس الصورة الإيجابية الدائمة عن الشركة. شروط الوظيفة:• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في أحد تخصصات علوم الكمبيوتر أو تقنية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تقنية الأعمال أو أي من مجالات الحاسوب من جامعه معترف بها، ويفضل تخصص نظم المعلومات.• خبرة 4 سنوات في مجال العمل على تطبيقات أنظمة المعلومات وحلول الأعمال وخاصة أنظمة GRP or ERP. الشهادات :• Azure Developer Associate• Azure Administrator Associate• Power Platform Developer Associate• Project Management Professional

<h2 class="h5">وصف العمل</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ملخص الوظيفة نحن نبحث عن مهندس الدعم في Middleware عند مستوى كبير ذو خبرة عالية لتوفير الدعم التشغيلي لأنظمة Middleware المؤسسية وإدارة واجهات API. المسؤولية تتمثل في ضمان توفر وأداء وموثوقية خدمات الدمج الحيوية المبنية على تقنيات Middleware من IBM. كجزء من منظمة دعم الإنتاج على مدار 24x7 ، سيقود المهندس حل الحوادث المعقدة، ويجري استكشافاً متقدماً للمشكلات، ويراقب منصات Middleware، ويتعاون مع فرق التطوير، والبنية التحتية، وDevOps لتقديم خدمات دمج عالية التوفر. المسؤوليات الأساسية توفير دعم الإنتاج من المستوى 2/المستوى 3 لمنصات Middleware و API المؤسسية. قيادة استكشاف الأخطاء وحل الحوادث المعقدة في الإنتاج التي تؤثر على خدمات Middleware وتكاملات API. دعم بيئات IBM API Connect وIBM Integration Bus (IIB) وIBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). مراقبة بنية Middleware وخدمات الدمج وبوابات API لضمان التوفر العالي والأداء الأمثل. إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية لتقليل الحوادث المتكررة. إدارة عمليات نشر Middleware وتغييرات التكوين والتحديثات والصيانة البيئية. التعاون مع فرق التطبيقات والبنية التحتية والأمن وDevOps لحل القضايا跨-وظيفية . دعم إدارة دورة حياة API، وعمليات البوابة، وخدمات الدمج. الحفاظ على الوثائق التشغيلية ودفاتر التشغيل ومقالات قاعدة المعرفة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية. قيادة مبادرات الأتمتة لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الجهد اليدوي. المشاركة في التخطيط لإصدارات البرمجيات، ومراجعات جاهزية الإنتاج، والتحقق بعد النشر. توجيه مهندسي الدعم المبتدئين وتقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء الحوادث الكبرى. ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التشغيلية وSLA وأفضل ممارسات ITIL. المهارات التقنية المطلوبة تكديس التقنية IBM API Connect IBM Integration Bus (IIB) IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) الكفاءات الأساسية الفنية استكشاف الأخطاء المتقدم وتحليل السبب الجذري إدارة Middleware والدعم إدارة بوابة API أنماط التكامل المؤسسي المراقبة وضبط الأداء ممارسات DevOps ودعم CI/CD إدارة نظام Linux تحليل السجلات وتصحيحها إدارة شهادات SSL/TLS خدمات الويب REST و SOAP الربط MQ وتكاملات Middleware بيئة الاستضافة OpenShift Linux الخبرة المفضلة 6–10+ سنوات من الخبرة في دعم Middleware/التطبيقات في بيئات الإنتاج المؤسسية. الحد الأدنى 4+ سنوات من دعم منصات Middleware من IBM في بيئات الإنتاج المؤسسي. خبرة عملية قوية مع IBM API Connect وIBM IIB وIBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). خبرة في دعم بوابات API، ومنصات التكامل المؤسسي، والأنظمة الموزعة. خبرة العمل مع منصات OpenShift أو Kubernetes. فهم قوي لأمان Middleware والشهادات ومفاهيم الشبكات. خبرة العمل ضمن بيئات Agile وDevOps. </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> مرشح مفضل</h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> سنوات الخبرة </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> لا خبرة مطلوبة </div> </div> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small "> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Degree"> الدرجة العلمية </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Degree"> بكالوريوس/دبلوم عالي </div> </div>
