This role will be responsible for building, administering, and maintaining a structured technical document management system covering engineering drawings, equipment manuals, O&amp;M procedures, operating procedures, and related technical records across the facility lifecycle.</p><br><p>The ideal candidate has strong document control experience within mission-critical, telecom, or large-scale infrastructure environments, with the ability to consolidate documentation from multiple sources, manage strict version control, and ensure technical records remain complete, current, accurate, and readily retrievable.</p><br><p>This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on technical document management, version control, document sourcing, revision tracking, records retrieval, EDMS administration, and documentation governance.</p><br><p>We are looking to bring in dedicated individuals with a passion for innovation and talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. structured technical document management system for engineering drawings, equipment manuals, O&amp;M manuals, operating procedures, and related technical documentation.</li><li>Define and enforce document numbering, classification, file-naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and access controls across technical document types and disciplines.</li><li>Retrieve, collect, consolidate, and register technical documentation from designers, EPC contractors, equipment vendors, OEMs, commissioning teams, and other document originators.</li><li>Track outstanding technical documentation against equipment and system delivery schedules, following up with originators to close documentation gaps.</li><li>Verify completeness and accuracy of received documentation packages, including drawings, manuals, datasheets, test certificates, and supporting records, before filing and registration.</li><li>Maintain rigorous version control across all technical documents, ensuring only current and approved revisions are in active use.</li><li>Manage revision histories and audit trails for controlled documents, including initiation, review, approval, supersession, archival, and traceability records.</li><li>Coordinate document updates resulting from equipment upgrades, retrofits, system modifications, design changes, firmware updates, technical bulletins, or equipment revisions.</li><li>Build and maintain a complete equipment manual library across mechanical, electrical, fire/life-safety, BMS, and controls systems, mapped to asset registers where applicable.</li><li>Maintain as-built and current design drawing sets across mechanical, electrical, fire protection, controls, and related disciplines.</li><li>Ensure superseded drawings and documents are clearly archived, retired from active use, and traceable for audit and reference purposes.</li><li>Respond to internal and client requests for technical documentation retrieval within agreed turnaround times.</li><li>Support operations, maintenance, commissioning, and engineering teams by providing accurate access to current-revision documents.</li><li>Produce periodic reports on documentation completeness, outstanding items, revision currency, and technical library status.</li><li>Administer the document control platform or EDMS, including user access, workflows, version control settings, and document control processes.</li><li>Continuously improve document control standards, repository structure, and document management processes to support scalability across project phases.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><br><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Management, Document Control, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li><strong>7–10 years</strong> of document control experience.</li><li>Minimum <strong>3 years</strong> of experience managing technical documentation, including engineering drawings, equipment manuals, O&amp;M manuals, operating procedures, or related technical records on mission-critical, telecom, or large-scale infrastructure programs.</li><li>Proven experience building, administering, or maintaining structured document management systems using documentation from multiple sources.</li><li>Experience in retrieving, consolidating, verifying, and controlling documents from designers, contractors, vendors, OEMs, commissioning teams, and other originators.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing version control, revision histories, audit trails, superseded documents, and document updates driven by equipment upgrades, design changes, or system modifications.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, BIW, Procore, or similar systems.</li><li>Working familiarity with structured numbering, classification systems, file-naming conventions, metadata standards, and document lifecycle management.</li><li>Ability to manage technical documentation across mechanical, electrical, fire/life-safety, BMS, controls, and related facility systems.</li><li>Ability to support operations, maintenance, commissioning, and engineering teams with timely retrieval of accurate current-revision documents.</li><li>Working familiarity with ISO 19650, ISO 9001 documentation practices, document lifecycle management, and technical records governance.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate within strict version-control and document control discipline.</li><li>Strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, reporting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain site presence and commute between project locations within KSA as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Document control certification, such as CDCS, CDCP, or colocation, data center, mission-critical facility, telecom, or major infrastructure technical libraries.</li><li>Experience building a document management system from a fragmented or incomplete documentation baseline.</li><li>Experience with commissioning-stage document handover, O&amp;M manual compilation, asset documentation, or technical library closeout.</li><li>Experience managing <p>We are seeking a qualified Senior Manager Transport Planner with between 15+Years experience to join our Transport Planning and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The candidate must be a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 15+ years of traffic engineering, transport planning and traffic modelling experience in the Middle East. Your role This role requires contributing to a variety of transport planning studies including large scale transport master plan assessments, traffic impact studies or multi-disciplinary planning projects in the public and private sectors. Understanding of transport planning, traffic engineering and travel demand theory. Project experience in the Middle East and familiarity with local transport planning standards and practices. Practical understanding of the role and importance of transport planning in development access and citywide mobility plans. Experience in undertaking junction analysis to support the traffic impact assessments. Contribute to preparation of reports including existing conditions analyses, trip generation, junction analysis and parking assessments. Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken. Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources. Must be able to work with limited supervision. Some experience project/financial management. Competence to assist in growing the Atkins Transport Planning Business as well as to sell Atkins services generally. About you Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or equivalent is a must.
