<p><strong>About the Role:</strong> To ensure the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems to meet Almarai business requirements. </p><br><br>

<li>Experience in control systems design, troubleshooting, and commissioning.</li>

<p>The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s total rewards function, including compensation structures, salary grading, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and employee reward programs. The role will lead the Total Rewards section, supervise two employees, and report to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will manage the function from end to end, distribute responsibilities within the team, and ensure the accurate administration of compensation and benefits through SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities: Manage the Total Rewards function and supervise a team of two employees. Design, maintain, and administer salary structures, job grades, compensation frameworks, and competitive pay ranges. Conduct salary benchmarking and market comparisons using reliable salary surveys such as:Mercer/Korn Ferry/Radford Manage annual salary review cycles, salary increases, and reward allocation based on performance. Review and administer short-term and long-term incentive programs, including bonuses and deferred incentives. Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and related benefits. Manage relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and benefits providers, including contract negotiations and cost management. Develop and manage employee wellness initiatives and work-life balance programs. Ensure compensation and benefits policies comply with Saudi labor regulations, tax requirements, equal-pay requirements, and minimum-wage regulations. Partner with HR teams to evaluate and classify new and existing positions and ensure appropriate job grading and salary alignment. Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data in SAP to maintain data accuracy. Prepare compensation analytics, executive reports, and dashboards covering indicators such as employee turnover, compensation costs, benefits costs, and Compa-ratio. Work with the Finance Department on employee-cost forecasting, annual salary increases, compensation budgets, and benefits-cost planning. Prepare Total Rewards Statements to explain the full value of employee compensation packages. Conduct awareness sessions and workshops for managers and employees on salary structures, benefits, reward philosophy, and compensation policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards. Strong hands-on experience using:SAP/SAP SuccessFactors Experience working with compensation and benefits modules within SAP SuccessFactors. Practical experience in salary structures, job grading, market bench marking, employee benefits, and total rewards administration. Experience with job evaluation methodologies such as:/Mercer IPE/Hay Group/Towers Watson Advanced Excel skills, including:VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH/Pivot Tables Ability to build financial models, analyze compensation data, and conduct scenario planning. <p><span>Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.</span></p><br><br>

<li><span>Investigates Inventory discrepancies by comparing orders against actual production output </span></li>
<li><span>Ensures that all orders/ STO are allocated and covered in the load plans of all Outbound Whse</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Transport planning, Production planning, ATOMS, EWM to resolve inventory related issues</span></li>
<li><span>Continuous simulation & planning of daily load plans of dairy, bakery, & etc. to enhance processes, productivity, and warehouse efficiency </span></li>

(m/148). </li><li>The Saudi data protection regulatory environment has experienced significant changes over the past 5-year period. In support of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, a national data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy has been developed and the National Data Protection Laws were published in September 2021. Following amendments to the regulation, PDPL and its Implementing Regulation have been in effect on September 14, 2023. Organizations have a one-year grace period to comply with the KSA PDPL prior to September 15, 2024. The role will support the design and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure and masterplan projects, with a particular focus on district cooling and chilled water networks, gas distribution systems, mechanical utilities, and pump station interfaces.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will produce engineering calculations, models, technical reports, specifications, tender documentation, and authority submission packages.
