Implement the annual performance management plan, and follow up on evaluation cycles, stages, schedules, and requirements, in accordance with the approved plan and instructions. 2. Prepare drafts for performance evaluation criteria, forms, manuals, and competency frameworks, study their effectiveness, and submit development proposals to the Head of the Performance Unit. 3. Study job descriptions, plans, and approved operational objectives, and determine performance areas, expected results, and measurement sources based on the nature of the jobs. 4. Provide technical support to line managers when drafting performance objectives, indicators, weights, and targets, without compromising their responsibility for defining and evaluating their employees' performance. 5. Review performance objectives and indicators, verify their clarity, measurability, and alignment with job tasks, ensure the completeness of their weights, targets, and verification sources, and provide feedback thereon. 6. Prepare lists of employees eligible for probation period evaluation, review their evaluation forms, results, and justifications, and submit recommendations regarding them to the Head of the Performance Unit. 7. Prepare executive requirements for periodic and annual performance evaluation cycles, including employee lists, forms, instructions, timelines, and necessary data. 8. Follow up on the completion of evaluation stages by line managers and employees, monitor delays or deficiencies, and coordinate with the concerned entities to address them within specified timeframes. 9. Review performance evaluation forms and results, and verify the completeness of their elements, weights, justifications, evidence, and the application of approved evaluation standards. 10. Analyze evaluation results, monitor discrepancies and unusual cases or those not supported by sufficient justifications, and prepare feedback and recommendations thereon. 11. Prepare data and analyses necessary for performance result review and calibration sessions, and document observations, adjustments, and the results issued therefrom. 12. Review employee appeals against evaluation results, examine their justifications, documents, and statements from relevant parties, and prepare recommendations for their resolution. 13. Assist line managers in preparing performance improvement plans, review areas for improvement, their procedures, targets, and timelines, and monitor the implementation of plans and analyze their results. 14. Identify high and low-performing employees and classify them according to approved results, and prepare recommendations related to recognition, motivation, development, and remediation. 15. Analyze performance results to extract training needs and professional and behavioral gaps, and coordinate with the Training Unit regarding addressing them within development plans. 16. Review performance data and records, probation periods, appeals, and improvement plans, verify the accuracy of their updates, prepare periodic reports and indicators, and maintain the confidentiality of data and results. 17. Perform other tasks assigned related to the nature of the job, within the approved scope of work.<br><br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. It is preferred to hold a basic professional certification in Human Resources or Performance Management. Example: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

<p>We are looking for someone whose role goes beyond just following up with clients; someone who can understand the project, read blueprints and BOQs, select appropriate materials, calculate costs, prepare quotations, and negotiate to close the deal.</p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Searching for new market opportunities and projects.</li><li>Following up with current and potential clients.</li><li>Building relationships with companies, contractors, consultants, designers, and procurement managers.</li><li>Receiving and reviewing RFQs/RFPs (Requests for Quotation/Proposal).</li><li>Reading blueprints, specifications, and BOQs.</li><li>Quantifying volumes and understanding the Scope of Work.</li><li>Studying suitable materials and raw components for each project.</li><li>Calculating costs for materials, manufacturing, installation, transportation, and project-related expenses.</li><li>Preparing commercial and technical quotations.</li><li>Ensuring an appropriate profit margin before submitting the price.</li><li>Proposing material alternatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality.</li><li>Negotiating prices and terms with clients.</li><li>Following up on quotations until a client decision is reached.</li><li>Working to close deals and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Following up on projects after award, coordinating with design, production, procurement, and execution teams.</li><li>Managing change orders and additional project works.</li><li>Monitoring project payments in coordination with the finance department.</li><li>Managing and updating the Sales Pipeline and preparing weekly reports on opportunities and projects.</li><li>Monitoring new market projects and continuously searching for new sales opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p><p>A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in one of the following majors is preferred:</p><ul><li>Architecture.</li><li>Interior Design / Interior Architecture.</li><li>Civil Engineering.</li><li>Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.</li><li>Or a related field with strong experience in project estimation and sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in project sales or estimation.</li><li>Previous experience is preferred in companies specializing in: Interior Fit-out, Decor and Finishing, Carpentry and Furniture, Interior Cladding and Facades, Signage and Artwork, or FF&E.</li><li>Experience in preparing BOQs, quantity surveying, and estimation.</li><li>Good knowledge of prices for materials, raw components, manufacturing, and installation.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Knowledge Required:</strong></p><p>The candidate should preferably have good knowledge of materials such as: MDF, Plywood, Melamine, Veneer, Solid Wood, Acrylic, Glass, Mirrors, Metal, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Wallpapers, Fabrics, Canvas, Wall Cladding, Decorative Panels, and other finishing and decor materials.</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Reading technical blueprints and specifications.</li><li>Quantity surveying and estimation.</li><li>Good knowledge of materials.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Preparing quotations.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to close deals.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>High organizational and follow-up skills.</li><li>Good command of the English language.</li><li>A valid driver's license is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Base Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 SAR monthly, depending on experience, technical knowledge, and industry network.</li><li>In addition to a monthly commission on collected sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Proposed Commission Scheme:</strong></p><ul><li>Up to 299,999 SAR monthly sales: 0.5%</li><li>From 300,000 to 499,999 SAR: 1%</li><li>500,000 SAR and above: 1.5%</li><li>Base target: 300,000 SAR monthly sales.</li><li>Commission is calculated based on actual collected sales in accordance with company policy.</li></ul><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone with both a commercial and technical mindset; someone who can enter a project at the opportunity stage, understand the requirements, determine the materials, costs, and appropriate pricing, then negotiate with the client, close the deal, and handover the project in an organized manner to the execution team.</p>
