Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major, complex construction projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Tier 1 main contractors and a proven track record of delivering multi-billion SAR building developments, 5-star luxury hotels, and high-rise tower projects from project inception through completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. Direct multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and overall project performance. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Lead and manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, Saudi regulations, HSE requirements, and international construction standards. Lead project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, forecasting, and change management. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project performance, identify risks and critical issues, and implement effective corrective and mitigation measures. Drive commercial and contractual performance, supporting contract administration, claims management, variations, and dispute resolution. Ensure effective coordination between design, construction, commercial, procurement, and project controls teams. Review project KPIs, progress reports, forecasts, and performance against approved budgets and schedules. Mentor and develop senior project teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.<br>Requirements Minimum 20 years of project and construction management experience, including significant experience with Tier 1 main contractors – Mandatory. Mandatory experience in the construction and delivery of 5-star luxury hotel projects. Mandatory experience in high-rise tower construction and major building developments. Proven track record managing and delivering multi-billion SAR construction projects. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception, design coordination, procurement, and construction through commissioning and final handover. Strong expertise in project management, construction management, contract administration, commercial management, project controls, risk management, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, HSE, and project delivery strategies. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia construction regulations, international standards, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture is mandatory. Master’s degree, PMP, or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
<p>As a Merchant Onboarding Executive, you will play a key role in onboarding SME merchants across dynamic markets. You will own the end-to-end merchant onboarding journey, ensuring merchants are successfully activated, technically integrated, and fully configured before going live.
