<b>Overview & Responsibilities</b><p>This position reports to the Regional HR Manager - EMA, in the provision of a pragmatic, proactive and business focused HR services to the regional customer base. </p><br><p>Incumbent will play a key role in being the first level contact for employees and leaders at the assigned location and be responsible for the delivery of HR operations such as recruitment, learning and development and government reports, and act as a support to local Business Leaders and employees within the region. </p><br><br><p>Local Job Responsibilities:</p><br><ul><li><p>Supports Regional Human Resources Manager (HRM) in the recruitment of qualified talent in line with business plans by communicating with HR service partners and hiring managers through the hiring process.</p><br></li><li><p>Supports HRM in the review and implementation of an effective on-boarding and Induction program for all new hires into the business.</p><br></li><li><p>Conduct initial registration, manage changes and complete the action for termination of all employee benefits in line with established policies.</p><br></li><li><p>Works with the HRM and Line Manager to encourage a learning culture through identification of training needs, training registration as per individual training plans, processing of training request, review learning processes and approaches, application and monitoring of training grant e.g. online learning, classroom training, rotation program.
