Job Description<br><br>Scope<br><br>You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Also, improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements in your assigned territory.<br><br>Responsiblities<br><br>Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses. Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities. Prepare annual/mothly budgets and reports. And achieve targeted budgets. Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value. Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs. Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market. Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans. Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services. Prevent action, before shipping to ensure collection in within the shortest time Achieving and exceeding performance goals.<br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Qualifications / Experience<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / equivalent combination of work experience) Must have a charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work. A minimum experience of 5 years industry experience preferred. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyse situations and to make good decisions based on available information. Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. Can work under pressure.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, data governance, and project managers to strengthen relationships, improve data quality, and ensure service levels are met. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of countries and retailers, driving measurable improvements in how we receive and use data. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, operations, and supplier engagement , and who wants to make a direct impact on business outcomes.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data receipt aligns with service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Partner with data analysts to review KPIs and lead conversations with suppliers to drive improvements.</li><li>Analyze data quality metrics and collaborate with suppliers to enhance accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Identify new opportunities to improve retailer data quality and work with the operations strategy team to bring these opportunities to life.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as their main point of contact.</li><li>Support onboarding activities, including data quality testing, format alignment, and timeliness expectations.</li><li>Coordinate with local operations teams and project managers to finalize onboarding plans for new suppliers.</li><li>Handle escalations and queries from retailers, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.</li><li>Contribute to system improvements, including SAP, transactional data handling, FTP/MFT setup, and retailer system changes.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply data in a business context.</li><li>Excellent analytical, Presentation and problem solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Tech savvy, with exposure to different data and file formats.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret diverse data structures and mapping.</li><li>Knowledge in Python, SQL is an added advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and knowing Arabic is an advantage</li></ul>
