We are looking for a candidate with strong recruitment experience, excellent talent sourcing and selection skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs through to the new employee’s onboarding and commencement of work. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from receiving recruitment requests and identifying job requirements through to completing hiring and onboarding procedures. Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs and define the technical and behavioral requirements for each position. Prepare and publish job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
