<p>The ITS Director for Fare Collection Systems with a minimum of 12 years senior technical and management experience and a university degree, shall be responsible for the overall management, performance, and integration of the fare collection system of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) across the Public Transport Network. This includes AFC (Automatic Fare Collection), CCC (Customer Contact Center) and associated systems and interfaces, including integration with external stakeholders such as the Metro Network. He shall ensure that the interfaces between the ITS Contractors and the other project transport operators are efficient and implemented in sufficient time to allow for the smooth operation of the Bus and metro systems.
