Role Summary<br>The Microwave Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of microwave transmission and backhaul network projects within telecom environments. The role ensures the successful deployment of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links, IP/MPLS backhaul integration, and transmission network upgrades, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. Job description About the Position:Meeting with potential new investors to communicate the company’s progress and encourage further investment. Investment Syndication – Structure and lead investment deals with external stakeholders, including identifying and coordinating with angel investor groups, investment funds, and corporate strategic partners. Investment Due Diligence – Assess company-provided and other information to evaluate the business proposition. Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate product, technology, and financial plans. Providing advice and guidance to the founders of the company to ensure that they are making good business decisions. Catching possible problems early so that they can be addressed before they cause serious issues for the company. Communicating with existing investors to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the company. Negotiating deals with potential partners, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders who may be interested in working with the company. Communicating regularly with other venture partners at other firms to share information about opportunities in different industries or regions.
