JOB PURPOSE:• Provide day-to-day application support for business and operational systems used by DPW Jeddah.• Log, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve user issues in line with agreed priorities and service levels.• Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams and vendors to ensure stable application availability, timely incident resolution and continuous improvement.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide first and second level support for business applications, portals, integrations and related operational systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor Digital Transformation initiatives and business performance. Own the end-to-end reporting process, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates by collaborating with project managers and business stakeholders. Transform complex operational, financial, and project data into clear, actionable insights through engaging dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Create executive-level Power Point presentations with modern, high-quality designs tailored for senior leadership and steering committees. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
