Production accountant.</li><li>In conjunction with the Production Executive and Senior Producers work on the schedule, planning for SPL departments, ensuring that staffing needs of all programmes are met.</li><li>Work with internal departments (e.g. legal, HR, finance, immigration) to ensure all staffing, suppliers and freelancers have secured all necessary visas and work permits, as required.</li><li>Develop an effective relationship with external facility providers and suppliers, ensuring regular communication, and able to troubleshoot issues and potential delays.</li><li>Responsible for the dissemination of production reports; including knowing what the information means, gaps that require discussion and trends that appear.</li><li>Attend meetings with Executive Producer, Production Executive, Producers and Directors, to ensure that the schedule is moving forward and/or specific issues are addressed and/or escalated.</li><li>Run production meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments and discuss challenges.</li><li>Advise the Production Executive/Head of Production of any potential problems or issues, particularly those impacting schedule and budget, and come prepared with proposed solutions</li><li>Provide mentorship and opportunities for growth for production staff, including delegating targeted tasks and empowering production staff to take on additional responsibilities if required.</li><li>Active management of a team of Production Co-ordinators and Assistants</li><li>Be transparent regarding pertinent issues and concerns with staff and freelancers and show leadership.</li><li>When relevant and appropriate, convey departmental initiatives to staff and freelance crew.</li><li>Work to establish new processes, procedures and methods that improve production systems and outcomes and overall workflow</li><li>Support producers day-to-day or shoot-specific operational demands as directed ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created and adhered to.</li><li>In conjunction with the Production Executive, Executive Producer and Technical Manager ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and appropriate plans and paperwork are in place.</li><li>Ensure all freelancers are contracted correctly as per local and relevant guidelines.</li></ul><p>Knowledge and Experience</p><ul><li>Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li><li>Ability to produce a production budget.</li><li>Some knowledge of responsibilities in relation to rights and clearances, production work flows, insurance and health and safety.</li><li>Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.</li><li>Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li><li>Ability to produce a production budget.</li><li>Some knowledge of responsibilities in relation to rights and clearances, production work flows, insurance and health and safety.</li><li>Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.</li><li>Good excel skills.</li><li>Organized, efficient, and resilient - oversee and prioritize multiple projects.</li><li>Strong communication skills verbal and written.</li><li>Experience managing junior members of the admin team.</li><li>An understanding of UK or international TV industries</li><li>Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.</li><li>Ability to work without direct supervision.</li><li>Good client liaison skills.</li><li>Health &amp;
