<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps. Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard. Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts. Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load. Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load. Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine. Maintain accurate records of items laundered.<br>Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. ملخص الوظيفة<br> <br>هذا الدور مخصص لشخص يعرف قطاع الأزياء من الداخل. إذا ما عندك خبرة فعلية في الأزياء أو التصنيع أو تجزئة الملابس، وشبكة علاقات حقيقية داخل القطاع، فهذا الدور لا يناسبك ولا نطلب منك التقديم.<br> <br>نيسكا منصة سعودية تحوّل تصميم الأزياء إلى تيك باك صناعي كامل (Tech Pack) جاهز للمصنع في أقل من دقيقة: المقاسات ونقاط القياس، القماش، الألوان، التركيب، الرسم الفني، وقواعد التدرّج. المنتج مبني وحيّ اليوم على trynexa.net، والتقنية تعمل.<br> <br>الناقص هو الجانب التجاري. نبحث عن شريك مؤسس مهمته الأولى واضحة: إيصال نيسكا إلى مصممات ومصممي الأزياء الذين لم يسمعوا بها بعد، وتحويلهم إلى مستخدمين فعليين ثم مشتركين مدفوعين.<br> <br>عميلك هو المصممة، فلازم تفهم عالمها: كيف تبني كولكشن، كيف تتعامل مع الباترون والعينات، وين تعلق مع المصنع، وليش الملف الصناعي يفرق معها بين إنتاج ناجح وإنتاج خربان. من لا يفهم هذه اللغة لن يبيع لها.<br> <br>هذه ليست وظيفة مبيعات، بل شراكة في بناء شركة من مرحلتها المبكرة.<br> <br>موقع الدور في الشركة<br> <br>الشركة اليوم يقودها مؤسسها في المنتج والتقنية والعمليات. الشريك التجاري يقود كل ما يمس السوق: الاكتساب، المبيعات، التسويق، الشراكات، وعلاقة المنصة بمجتمع المصممات. القرار الاستراتيجي مشترك، والبيانات المالية والتشغيلية مفتوحة بين الاثنين بالكامل.<br> <br>المسؤوليات<br> <br>1- الوصول المباشر إلى مصممات ومصممي الأزياء المستقلين وأصحاب العلامات الناشئة في السعودية، وتحويلهم إلى مستخدمين مسجّلين.<br>2- بناء حضور نيسكا داخل مجتمع الأزياء: أسابيع الموضة، المعارض المتخصصة، برامج دعم المصممين، وحاضنات القطاع.<br>3- إدارة رحلة المصممة كاملة: أول تواصل، التجربة الأولى للمنصة، أول تيك باك تولّده، ثم الاشتراك المدفوع.<br>4- رفع نسبة التحويل من الحساب المجاني إلى الاشتراك المدفوع، وخفض معدل التسرّب.<br>5- بناء شراكات مع الجهات والمنصات والأكاديميات التي تجمع المصممين، لفتح قنوات اكتساب بالجملة بدل الفرد.<br>6- الإشراف على المحتوى والتسويق الرقمي الموجّه لجمهور الأزياء، وقياس أثر كل قناة على حدة.<br>7- تشغيل نظام إدارة العملاء (CRM) وإصدار لوحة مؤشرات أسبوعية تعكس القمع والتفعيل والإيراد والاحتفاظ.<br>8- نقل صوت المصممات إلى المنتج بشكل منتظم، والمشاركة في ترتيب أولويات خارطة الطريق.<br>9- تمثيل نيسكا أمام المستثمرين والمشاركة في إعداد مواد جولة التمويل.<br> <br>المؤهلات المطلوبة<br> <br>1- خبرة فعلية لا تقل عن سنتين داخل قطاع الأزياء أو تصنيع الملابس أو تجزئة الأزياء. هذا شرط أساسي وليس ميزة إضافية.<br>2- شبكة علاقات قائمة مع مصممين أو علامات أزياء أو مصانع ملابس في السعودية.<br>3- فهم عملي لدورة إنتاج الملابس: من التصميم إلى الباترون إلى العينة إلى الإنتاج.<br>4- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال داخل السوق السعودي، وسجل واضح في اكتساب عملاء من الصفر.<br>5- القدرة على العمل بمنطق التأسيس: مسؤولية كاملة، موارد محدودة، وتنفيذ مباشر بلا فريق مساند في البداية.<br>6- إتقان العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.<br>7- الإقامة في الرياض والقدرة على الحضور والاجتماعات الميدانية.<br> <br>مؤهلات مفضّلة<br> <br>1- تجربة سابقة في شركة ناشئة بمرحلة مبكرة أو تجربة تأسيس شخصية.<br>2- فهم عملي لمنتجات Saa S ونماذج الاشتراك ومؤشراتها.<br>3- خبرة في التسويق الرقمي وبناء المجتمعات.<br>4- تجربة سابقة في جمع تمويل أو التعامل مع المستثمرين.<br> <br>الشراكة والتعويض<br> <br>حصة ملكية تأسيسية بجدول استحقاق، وراتب يبدأ عند إغلاق جولة التمويل أو بلوغ الإيراد المستهدف. حجم الحصة وشروطها تُناقش مباشرة وبشفافية كاملة.<br> <br>للتقديم<br> <br>جرّب المنصة على trynexa.net أولاً، ثم أرسل مع سيرتك الذاتية:<br> <br>- خبرتك في قطاع الأزياء تحديداً: وين اشتغلت، ومع من.<br>- صفقة واحدة أغلقتها فعلاً: العميل، حجمها، وكيف أغلقتها.<br>- الطلبات التي تصل بلا خبرة في قطاع الأزياء لا تُقرأ.<br><br>trynexa.net@gmail.com
