Job Summary The role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and repair of civil and structural elements within facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and longevity of assets. The position supports the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives within the facilities management environment.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage the complete life cycle of assigned fit-out projects, from initial client brief to final handover. The role supports project quality planning, assurance, control, auditing, corrective action, reporting, and handover activities, while coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies to achieve the required quality standards.<br>Key Duties & Responsibilities:A. Quality Assurance (QA) Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements (MS), inspection checklists, quality procedures, and related QA/QC documents.
