<p>You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the Quality System in line with the Alstom Quality Plan and contractual requirements, but also support the Quality Manager in monitoring quality targets and resolving quality issues.</p><br> <p>We’ll look to you for:</p><br>

<p>Supporting teams to secure compliance with contractual technical requirements for rolling stock upgrades.</p><br>

<p>Coordinating with cross-functional teams on quality issues, site inspections, and incoming material inspections.</p><br>

<p>Preparing and verifying quality records and checklists for each rolling stock step.</p><br>

<p>Performing retrofit inspections and preparing inspection and test requests for site activities.</p><br>

<li>
<p>Following up on and resolving internal site non-conformance reports (NCRs) and associated CONQ.</p><br>

<li>
<p>Interacting with supplier quality teams and managing supplier NCRs.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Preparing and updating registers for inspection testing requests, non-conformance reports, and calibration tests.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly with appropriate feedback.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Contributing to the implementation and follow-up of the Power Master Punch List (MPL) and ensuring readiness for DFQ processes.</p><br>

<p>Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and problem-solving tools.</p><br>
</li>

<p>Familiarity with Excel tools for reporting and tracking purposes.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>A team spirit approach with strong organizational and reactive skills.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication skills to guide, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><br>

<p>Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).</p><br>
