Monitor Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients/customers. Support the preparation and review of aging reports for AP and AR. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding overdue payments, discrepancies, and queries. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports related to AP and AR. General Accounting Support:Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Prepare monthly journal entries for various transactions, including accruals and prepayments. Provide support in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports. Support senior accountants in financial audits as required. Other Administrative Tasks:Maintain filing and documentation systems for financial records. Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as required by management. Qualifications:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
